The Adviser to Prime Minister Imran Khan on National Security, Moeed Yusuf said that Pakistan has always strived for peace and stability in Afghanistan.
According to media reports, Moeed Yusuf has stated this while addressing a session of Islamabad Security Dialogue on Thursday.
On the occasion, the Advisor to Prime Minister on National Security has said that Pakistan desires a stable Afghanistan.
Moeed Yusuf further stated that the world should learn from its past mistakes. He said post 9/11 policies regarding Afghanistan brought terrorism in Pakistan.
“This menace poses a big threat to the country’s stability,” he added.
