PSL8: The fast bowler of Multan Sultans, Abbas Afridi scored a hat-trick in the 28th match of the Pakistan Super League Season 8.

According to the details, Multan Sultans fast bowler Abbas Afridi scored a hat-trick in HBL PSL 8 in the match against Quetta Gladiators on Saturday. He scored a hat-trick in the last minute.

Afridi dismissed Mohammad Nawaz on the fifth ball of the 17th over and Umeed Asif on the sixth ball.

After that, he not only completed his hat-trick by catching the aggressive batsman Umar Akmal on the first ball of the 19th over, but also played a key role in the team’s victory. He also became the highest wicket taker of HBL PSL 8.

It is to be noted here that Multan Sultans defeated Quetta Gladiators by nine runs in 28th match of Pakistan Super League Season 8, , being played at the Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi on Saturday. They scored 262 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in stipulated 20 overs. In reply, Quetta Gladiators scored 253 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in allotted 20 overs.

Multan Sultans and Quetta Gladiators also made a new record of the highest aggregate score in a T20 match. They made the highest aggregate score in a T20 match. Setting a new world record, the two teams together scored 515 runs.

Sultans now has 12 points on the league table, while Gladiators are out of the race for playoffs. As the Gladiators have been eliminated, Peshawar Zalmi have become the fourth team to qualify for the playoffs.
