Afghanistan: Taliban declares general amnesty and urges govt officials to return to work

The Taliban of Afghanistan have urged all the government officials to return to work and announced a general amnesty for all of them.

According to media reports, the Taliban made the announcement in a statement on Tuesday, two days after taking power. They urged the government officials to start their routine life with full confidence.

The statement read, “A general amnesty has been declared for all, so you should start your routine life with full confidence.”

It is to be mentioned here that the Taliban has taken the power of Afghanistan two days ago and without any bloodshed.
