The Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and former Prime Minister, Imran Khan has signed the attendance register of the court.

According to the media reports, the news was confirmed by the legal team of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. Imran Khan signed the attendance register. The signature of the presence of Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case was presented in the court.

The PTI Chief’s lawyer Khawaja Haris argued in the court that the indictment in the Tosha Khana case cannot be filed today. Judge Zafar Iqbal said that it is hoped that the next hearing will be held in F8 Court.

Earlier, the attendance register of Imran Khan could not be signed, the court staff brought back the application of Imran Khan. The judge was told that Imran Khan’s car is still in the premises of the judicial complex.

On this, Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal said that after Imran Khan’s signature, he will proceed with the proceedings. He further said that if Imran Khan signs, the situation should be normalized. He said that the gathering should be dispersed after getting Imran Khan’s signature.

On this occasion, Shibli Faraz, who was released from police custody on a court order, said that the FC is full in the judicial complex, shelling is going on.
