The former Prime Minister and Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Imran Khan has announced that he will address a Jalsa in Peshawar on Wednesday after Isha prayers.
In a tweet, the PTI Chairman and former Prime Minister Imran Khan has demanded immediate elections in the country. He said that through fair elections, the people should be given a chance to choose whomever they want to be their Prime Minister.

Imran Khan further stated that he would address a public meeting in Peshawar on Wednesday after Isha prayers. He said that this would be his first Jalsa after being removed through a foreign- instigated regime change.
The PTI Chairman wrote, “On Wednesday I will be holding a jalsa in Peshawar after Isha – my first jalsa after being removed through a foreign- instigated regime change. I want all our people to come, as Pakistan was created as an independent, sovereign state not as a puppet state of foreign powers.”
“We are demanding immediate elections as that is the only way forward — to let the people decide, through fair & free elections, whom they want as their prime minister,” he added.
