Jaya Kishori, a spiritual guru, recently addressed the rumors that she was carrying a designer Dior bag that cost more than ₹2 lakh. When 29-year-old preacher Jaya Kishori was seen at an airport with a personalized Dior “Book Tote,” her decision may have sparked a widespread debate among her admirers and detractors.
Kishori responded, “I am a normal girl, and I live in a normal house with my family.” I encourage young people to work hard, acquire money, and provide a good life for themselves and their families while pursuing their aspirations.” She stated that, while her Dior “Book Tote” is quite pricey and custom-made, it is created without leather. However, her followers questioned the apparent contradiction between spiritual teachings on detachment and holding earthly wealth as a luxury item.
