Defending the maritime boundaries is the prime responsibility of Pakistan Navy, the Naval Chief Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi has said, adding that the Navy is ever ready for it.
According to media reports, the Naval Chief has expressed these views while speaking during a visit to Cracks area on Wednesday. He visited forward positions along the south-eastern boundary and met the officers and Jawans deployed there.
The Naval Chief was briefed on the dangers in the Cracks area and operational preparedness of the Pakistan Navy.
Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi further said that full utilization of weapons is also important along with the valour to defend maritime boundaries of the country.
