Pakistan, Kenya agree to enhance mutual interactions in military domains

Pakistan and Kenya have agreed on further enhancing mutual interactions in diversified military domains.

According to media reports, the Chief of Defence Forces of Kenya General Robert Kariuki Kibochi has called on Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi in Islamabad on Wednesday.

Both the leaders have discussed various matters of maritime security, stability and mutual interest including bilateral collaboration between Pakistan and Kenya during the meeting.

On the occasion, Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi has the commitment of Pakistan in fight against terrorism and Pakistan Navy’s contributions for ensuring maritime security and peace in the region.

The Naval Chief has thanked the visiting dignitary for the hospitality afforded to Pakistan Navy Ship NASR on its recent goodwill visit to Mombasa.

Earlier upon arrival at Naval Headquarters, a smartly turned out contingent of Pakistan Navy presented the guard of honour to the visiting dignitary.
