The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has expressed the resolve to provide relief to the common man in the budget 2024-25.

According to the media reports, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has chaired the Parliamentary Party meeting of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz in Islamabad today (Wednesday, June 12). He said relief measures will be taken for the country’s workers, farmers, and the salaried class. He urged the PML-N lawmakers to fully participate in the budget session and present their proposals. The Parliamentary Party should give an effective and logical response to the false and negative propaganda regarding the budget 2024-25.

The Prime Minister underlined during the meeting that hard work is required to maintain Pakistan’s economic stability. He stated that all citizens should have equal access to basic health care, higher education, and advancement. He also stated that hiring skilled labor is one of the government’s top priorities. The Prime Minister promised to provide youth with the necessary training and education in the field of information technology. Additionally, he called for increased efforts to empower women and provide jobs for them.

PM Shehbaz Sharif emphasized the value of investment and noted that, whenever he travels abroad, he always talks about investment rather than loans. He asserted that investment requires peace and stability. He asserted that honorable countries consistently alter their course through diligence and fervor. With the conditions on the ground in Pakistan and the lessons we may take from China and other industrialized nations, we must construct our bright future.

The Prime Minister praised his economic team’s accomplishments, stating that the stock market was rising, the currency had risen, and inflation had been drastically lowered. He remarked that, with Allah Ta’ala’s grace, the government’s economic team’s diligent efforts are beginning to pay off. He added that his administration had been effective in guiding the nation away from economic difficulties and toward stability. He remarked, “It is a well-known fact that we sacrificed our politics to save Pakistan’s economy.”
