PTI to appeal against decision of Election Commission in court

The Vice Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and former Foreign Minister, Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that we will appeal against the decision of Election Commission in the court.

Addressing a press conference in Islamabad on Wednesday, the PTI Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that the ECP did not allow the presentation of evidence against the deviant members. He said that the unilateral decisions of the Election Commission raise questions about its role. PTI will appeal against the decision of the Election Commission in the court.

The former Foreign Minister has said that after the unilateral measures of August 5, our embassy was working with 50% less personnel. He said that now it has been decided to appoint about 15 trade officers, a decision which has hurt Kashmiris.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi further stated that he had rejected the resumption of trade with India to reduce the prices of commodities, what message he wanted to send to the Kashmiris of occupied Kashmir. Shahbaz Sharif’s government has taken a big decision to resume trade with India.

“Legislation was enacted to give the right to vote to overseas Pakistanis. In the assembly, Noor Alam presented a resolution to deprive overseas Pakistanis of the right to vote,” he added.
