Vaccination: Pakistan crosses 1.5 million mark in a single day

The Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives and the Head of National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), Asad Umar has said that single day vaccination crossed one and a half million mark for the first time yesterday.

According to details, the Planning Minister has made these remarks in a statement on social networking website Twitter on Wednesday.

Giving a privince wise break up in his tweets, the NCOC Head has said that thirty-five percent of national eligible population has received at least one dose of anti-Covid vaccine.

Asad Umar further stated that sixty nine percent population in Islamabad has received vaccine dose, fifty percent in Azad Kashmir, thirty nine percent in Gilgit Baltistan, thirty seven percent in Punjab, thirty five percent in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, thirty two percent in Sindh and twelve percent in Balochistan.
