World Oceans Day 2024 being observed to raise awareness

World Oceans Day 2024 is being observed today (Saturday, June 8) across the globe including Pakistan.

According to the media reports, World Ocean Day is observed every year on June 8 to raise awareness about the importance of oceans and ending overfishing.

The theme for World Oceans Day 2024 is “Awaken New Depths”.
