Muhammad Abdul Qadir, the newly elected Senator from Balochistan as an independent candidate, has announced to join the ruling party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
According to media reports, Muhammad Abdul Qadir has made the announcement at a meeting with Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad on Tuesday.
During the meeting, the Federal Minister for Defence, Pervez Khattak and PTI leader Saifullah Niazi were also present.
The newly elected Senator Muhammad Abdul Qadir was supported by Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) and the PTI during the Senate elections.
