The Chairman of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will be take oath as a federal minister tomorrow (Wednesday).
According to media reports, the announcement has been made by Bilawal Bhutto himself in a press conference after a meeting of the PPP’s Central Executive Committee (CEC) on Tuesday. He is likely to be appointed as the foreign minister.
The reports said the development of Bilawal Bhutto taking oath as federal minister comes after Adviser to Prime Minister on Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Qamar Zaman Kaira said last week his party chairman would take oath within two days.
The PPP Chairman was present at the time when the initial federal cabinet members took oath. However, Bilawal didn’t take the oath.
The Information Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb had assured that the PPP chairman would take the oath after he returns to Pakistan.
