The Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Senator Shibli Faraz has said that those delivering lectures on democracy should adopt democratic conduct. He urged the opposition parties to shun the bad tradition of not accepting election defeat.

According to details, the Information Minister has expressed these views in a tweet on Tuesday. He said that this posture is contrary to democratic norms.

Senator Shibli Faraz further stated that the emotional statements of Pakistan People Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari are devoid of facts and logic.

He expressed his surprise that those raising slogans regarding the sanctity of vote are not ready to respect the ballot of the people of Gilgit-Baltistan.

The Information Minister has reminded that all the surveys showed the lead of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) in Gilgit-Baltistan with Prime Minister Imran Khan as the most popular leader.
