The expelled member of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Faisal Vawda has made another claim regarding the killing of slain journalist Arshad Sharif on Monday. He said that he hasn’t provided the evidence yet.

According to the details, Faisal Vawda made these remarks while talking to journalists in Islamabad. He said that it is a painful matter and a bad joke should not be made out of this case.

The former Senator said that the killing of Arshad Sharif was part of a conspiracy and he was shot at a close range. He said that the nation was asleep, till he held a press conference. Sharif’s phone and iPad were not found after his murder, he added.

Faisal Vawda has said we don’t need to reach the shooters, but those who directed the killing.

While talking about the internal matters of PTI and its impact on the future of Chairman Imran Khan, he said that the people — whom he alleged of replacing Khan — will become prime minister and have the party’s chief disqualified. Imran Khan should clean the party from the inside, he said, adding that he still considers Khan as his leader and will go to him when he ever he is contacted.
