Foreign Investment in Pakistan showed a significant increase of forty-eight percent in the first quarter of the current fiscal year, reflecting the effective strategies of the Special Investment Facilitation Council.

According to the media reports, the Chinese investment was 404 million dollars while Saudi Arabia’s investment was 1.8 million dollars. The United Arab Emirates invested 25 million dollars, Hong Kong 98 million dollars, Britain 72 million dollars, and the United States 28 million dollars.
