The Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that the induction of modern J-10 C fighter jets are a major addition to Pakistan’s defense system and it will help address the security imbalance being created in the sub-continent.
According to details, the Prime Minister has made these remarks while addressing a ceremony in connection with the induction of J-10 Fighter C into Pakistan Air Force at Kamra on Friday. He also thanked China for providing the modern aircraft to Pakistan in record eight months’ time.
On the occasion, the Premier has said that the entire nation has the confidence that their armed forces are fully capable to defend the motherland and the Pakistan’s response in the wake of Balakot attack has sent a clear message to the world that Pakistan is capable to defend itself. He also commended the sacrifices rendered by the armed forces and the nation in the war on terrorism.

While appreciating the futuristic and forward looking approach of the Air Force, PM Imran Khan has said special emphasis will now be given on technology keeping in view the future warfare. He said that we have set up a technology zone for indigenous technology and a university will be established with the cooperation of the Pakistan Air Fore to teach all modern technologies to the youth.
The Prime Minister further stated that Pakistan is blessed to have quality professional in all fields.
In his remarks, the Air Chief Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu has said that it is a historic occasion as it is almost after four decades, the PAF is inducting next generation combat system equipped with state of art technology and weaponry. He said the fighter jet’s fully integrated weapons system makes it a potent combat system under the contemporary environment.
“The induction of the fighter jets will further enhance the PAF’s capability to deal with the requirements of contemporary aerial warfare,” the Air Chief added.
