A delegation of Miracle Salt Collective, a USA-based salt mining and processing company, called on the President of Pakistan Dr. Arif Alvi in Islamabad today (Wednesday, February 21).

Speaking on the occasion, the President said that Pakistan is focusing on increasing exports to improve its economic situation. He said Pakistan wants to promote foreign investment and joint ventures in various sectors. We want mutually beneficial business partnerships with foreign companies.

Better processing, packaging, and marketing can increase the value of our salt, according to President Dr. Arif Alvi. He said that high-quality Pakistani salt could be had for a relatively small financial outlay.

President Dr. Arif Alvi was informed by the USA-based salt mining and processing company delegation about the possibilities for foreign exchange earnings from Pakistani salt mines, as only Pakistan produces high-quality rock salt that is rich in minerals. The team emphasized that Pakistan may profit from the world’s largest salt market while acknowledging the low cost and good quality of Pakistani salt.

It was mentioned that Pakistani salt has the highest mineral concentration of any country in the world and that its worth may be raised through ethical mining, improved processing, and effective marketing. The president was notified by the delegation that Miracle Salt Collective will make investments in Pakistan’s salt industry. The company will use state-of-the-art technologies for mining and processing Pakistani salt.
