The nation is observing the 16th death anniversary of legendary television and film artist Shafi Muhammad today (Friday, November 17).

According to the media reports, the legendary television and film artist Shafi Muhammad began his career as a radio presenter and took part in plays broadcast by Radio Pakistan in the 1960s.
The reports further stated that Shafi performed in over 50 drama serials and over 100 television plays in the Urdu and Sindhi languages during his 30-year career. He died on this day in 2007 due to liver failure.
