The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has launched the government’s first dedicated Humraaz Mental Health App and Integrated Helpline 1166.
According to the details, the announcement of launching the mental health App ‘Humraaz’ and Helpline has been made by the Prime Minister himself in a statement social networking website Twitter on the occasion of World Health Day today (Friday, April 7).

PM Shehbaz Sharif said citizens’ well-being and especially mental health is paramount for our society’s improvement. He stressed that we need to remove taboos around mental health.
The Premier wrote, “On this World Health Day today, I am pleased to announce the launch of the Government’s first dedicated mental health App #Humraaz & helpline. Citizens’ well-being & especially mental health is paramount for our society’s improvement. We need to remove the taboo around mental health.”
