Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi – the President of Iran – has arrived in Islamabad today (Monday, April 22) on a three-day visit to Pakistan.
According to the media reports, President Dr. Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi was warmly received by Federal Minister Riaz Hussain Pirzada on arrival at Nur Khan Airbase. He is accompanied by his spouse and a high-level delegation, comprising the Foreign Minister and other members of the cabinet, senior officials, and a business delegation.

Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi will hold a meeting with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif today. There will also be a round of delegation-level talks between the two countries. Upon arrival at the Prime Minister’s House, a guard of honor will be presented to the visiting dignitary.
On the occasion of Earth Day, Iranian Prime Minister and President Shehbaz Sharif will plant a seedling in the prime minister’s residence. The signing of memorandums of understanding for cooperation in several fields between the two nations will be seen by the two leaders.
Both leaders will take part in an event designating Iran Avenue as the name of an Islamabad highway. A press conference is also scheduled. In honor of the Iranian President and his delegation, the prime minister will provide lunch.
