The government of Punjab has announced that two hundred playgrounds will be built in villages across the province.
The annoucement has been made by the Special Assistant to Punjab Chief Minister on Information Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan while addressing newsmen in Lahore on Tuesday.

On the occasion, Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan said that the cabinet of Punjab has given approval to the new sports policy and sports endowment fund will also be established under the policy.
The Special Assistant to Chief Minister further stated that an order has been issued to change 332 Ramzan bazaars into Sahulat bazaars in the province.
“The provincial cabinet has given principal approval to the irrigation act 2021 to protect wildlife in Punjab,” she added.
