One of the biggest superstar of Bollywood industry, Aamir Khan has been criticized over his meeting with Turkey’s First Lady, Emine Erdogan during his visit to Istanbul.
According to media reports, Aamir Khan has visited Turkey to find shooting locations for his upcoming film “Laal Singh chaddha”. The 40 percent shooting of the film has been completed in Punjab, India. But due to the Covid19 pandemic concerns the production team decided to complete the shooting elsewhere.
“Laal Singh chaddha” is a remake of the classic Hollywood comedy “Forrest Gump.”
Most of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders and supporters have expressed anger over Aamir Khan’s meeting with the wife of Turkis President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. While other have said that this will not affect the career of Aamir Khan because he visited the Turkey’s First Lady on personal basis not as a political basis.
