The Indian actress Alia Bhatt has become the latest celebrity who is tested positive for the novel coronavirus pandemic.
The news has been confirmed by the actress herself in a post on her Instagram story on Friday.
The actress wrote, “Hello all, I have tested positive for Covid-19. I have immediately isolated myself and will be under home quarantine. I am following all safety protocols under the advice of my doctors. Grateful for all your love and support.”
The Bollywood actress has also urged the masses to take care of themselves, saying, “Please stay safe and take care.

On the work front, Alia Bhatt will be next seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming film “Gangubai Kathiawadi”. The actress is also doing a multi lingual film “RRR” along with south superstars Ram Charan and Jr NTR.
Alia Bhatt will also be be starring in Ayan Mukerji’s action fantasy film Brahmastra opposite to her real-life boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor.
