Amin-ul-Haque inaugurates Software Technology Park in Rawalpindi

The Federal Minister for Information Technology (IT), Amin-ul-Haque has inaugurated Software Technology Park in Rawalpindi on Wednesday.

Addressing the inaugural ceremony, the IT Minister has said that the government will also establish Software Technology Parks in Gujrat, Gujranwala, Abbottabad and Mansehra to promote education and employment opportunities for the youth in Information Technology sector.

Amin-ul-Haque also highlighted the Information Technology related initiatives of the government in Gilgit-Baltistan where young students benefited from entrepreneurships and have become financially self-reliant.

The IT Minister has stressed for enlightening the youth with modern education and trends of information technology.

“There is a need to provide better facilities to the youth like IT parks all across Pakistan,” he added.
