Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that the auto sector should locally manufacture vehicles in Pakistan.
According to the media reports, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed his views while talking to a delegation of Auto and Auto Parts Manufacturers that called on him in Islamabad today (Friday, May 31).

During the meeting, the Prime Minister said that the government is taking all possible measures on a priority basis to increase the country’s exports. He said that the auto sector should locally manufacture vehicles in Pakistan. He said the auto sector should export a significant portion of its products and contribute to the country’s development.
“Pakistan’s auto parts industry should also become part of the international value chain,” he added.
