Bacha Khan University Charsadda produced green tea from olive leaves

Agricultural scientists from Bacha Khan University Charsadda have achieved remarkable success by producing green tea from olive leaves.

According to the details, the experiment for this discovery was carried out by the agronomy department of the university.

The Professor of Bacha Khan University Charsadda, Dr Wajid Ali Khan said that the work on making green tea from olive leaves was started nearly two years back and at last the experiments met with success.

Professor Dr Wajid Ali Khan further stated that the reason behind conducting the experiments was to provide low-cost and effective curable medication to diabetes and hypertensive patients.
