A delegation of Cricket Australia arrived today (Tuesday) to assess the security situation in Pakistan. The delegation is consist of four-member which includes security experts.
According to media reports, the four-member delegation of Cricket Australia will visit the National Stadium in Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi and will assess the security arrangements at the hotels, stadiums and along the routes.

The tour of Australian cricket team to Pakistan is subjected to clearance from the security team. The security team comprised three Australian security experts and top-notch security consultant Reg Dickason.
It is to be mentioned here that Australia is scheduled to play a full series in Pakistan in March-April 2022 for the first time after 24 years. There will be three Test matches, an equal number of ODIs and one T20 match between Pakistan and Australia.
