Elections 2024: Murtaza Solangi – the Caretaker Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting – has said that the interim government will play its due role in facilitating the Election Commission for free, fair, and transparent elections in the country.
According to the details, Caretaker Minister for Information Murtaza Solangi made these remarks regarding Elections 2024 while talking to the media during his visit to the Karachi Press Club today (Saturday, September 23).
On the occasion, the Caretaker Information Minister said that the interim government is taking various measures to support the economic situation of the country and these measures have shown results recently in the decreasing price of the dollar. He said he believes in the freedom of speech and freedom of journalism and will do all in his power to resolve the issues of journalists on a priority basis.
Murtaza Solangi further stated that despite limited time and limited authorities, the caretaker government will do all it can to resolve the issues of the journalist community.
Earlier, Caretaker Minister Murtaza Solangi visited the Pakistan Television Center Karachi. General Manager PTV Karachi Center Amjad Hussain Shah briefed the minister about the performance and problems of PTV Karachi Center.
