Famous Filipina TikToker Fiona James accepted Islam

Fiona James, a famous Dubai-based Filipina TikToker, has accepted Islam during the holy month of Ramadan.

According to the media reports, Fiona James is a famous Dubai-based Filipina TikToker and she has approximately 0.8 million followers on the famous social media app TikTok. She changed her name to Zainab after she accepted Islam at Islamic Information Centre in Satwa in the first week of Ramadan 2023.

The social media influencer is a resident of the Philippines capital Manila. She moved to the United Arab Emirates more than eight years ago and was always intrigued by the Azan from the mosques. She is currently taking online classes from Islamic Information Centre to learn more about the religion and hopes to complete the course in one month. She is also studying and memorizing smaller chapters of the Quran.

Fiona, now known as Zainab, said her family is happy and very supportive of her decision. She said that she feels very nice and very calm inside. “I embraced Islam on my own. No one forced me to accept this religion,” she added.

While talking about the reaction of her friends and followers, she said that they were very happy and very supportive of her decision. A certificate of being the new Muslim has also been issued to her.

Her Pakistani friend Salman, who is also a TikToker with two million followers and both have made dozens of videos for the social media platform together, also helped her study and get early know-how about Islam.
