Govt raises price of petroleum products for rest of December

The government has raised the price of petroleum products for the rest of December.

According to the notification by the Ministry of Finance on Tuesday, starting December 16, petrol and diesel will cost Rs 3 more per litre.

The price of kerosene oil and light diesel oil have also become more expensive, costing Rs 5 more each.

The new price of petrol will be Rs 103.69 per litre, while diesel price will be 108.44 per litre.

Similarly, after raising the price of kerosene oil, the new price will be Rs 70.29 per litre and light diesel oil will cost 67.86 per litre.
