I’m very anxious and worry a lot over small things: Suhana Khan

Suhana Khan – the daughter of the Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan – has said that she is a very anxious person and worries a lot over small things.

According to the media reports, Suhana Khan expressed her views during an interview recently when she was asked about the importance of staying mentally and physically healthy. She said that for her, engaging in physical activities is more about the mind than the body. “Sometimes I’ll be in a terrible mood or nervous about anything since I’m a really anxious person who obsesses over trivial matters. So nothing else matters when I go to the gym and work out for an hour.”

Suhana is preparing to star in her first feature film, The Archies, directed by Zoya Akhtar. She recently admitted to overthinking and describing herself as an anxious person, adding that working out helps her manage when she is overwhelmed. Suhana is about to make her big Bollywood debut, and Shah Rukh Khan’s admirers are excited to watch how the next generation will carry on his legacy.

The actress was asked about sustainability because The Archies is concerned with environmental conservation. She mentioned that Alia Bhatt made headlines for recycling her wedding gown for the National Film Awards, implying that if Alia can do it, so can we. That was an excellent and much-needed message, in my opinion. She did that, as well as taking a stand for and advocating for sustainability. And if Alia Bhatt can wear her wedding saree again, we can wear the same attire to a party, she said.

Apart from Suhana, The Archies features Khushi Kapoor, Agastya Nanda, Mihir Ahuja, Vedang Raina, Dot, and Yuvraj Menda in lead roles. Tiger Baby, founded by Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti, produced the film in partnership with Graphic India and Archie Comics. It will be available on Netflix on December 7th of this year.
