In his petition, the PTI Chairman has said that the Supreme Court had ordered on April 7 to carry out the voting on the no-confidence motion on April 9. He said that there are several loopholes in the court’s April 7 decision that need to be reviewed.
It is pertinent to mention here that the former deputy speaker Qasim Suri rejected the vote of no-confidence on April 13 against the then prime minister Imran Khan in the National Assembly on the grounds that it was part of an international conspiracy.
