Latif Khosa – the lawyer of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman’s legal team – and others will represent Imran Khan in the Toshakhana case in the Supreme Court and High Court.
According to the media reports, Lawyer Khawaja Haris parted ways with the legal team of Chairman PTI and former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan in the Toshkhana case. PTI Chairman Imran Khan will be represented by Lawyer Latif Khosa and others in the Supreme Court of Pakistan and High Court.

The media reports claimed that the renowned lawyer of Pakistan, Khawaja Haris parted ways with Chairman PTI’s legal team in the Toshakhana case. He decided to leave the legal team of Chairman PTI Imran Khan due to concerns over discipline. Khawaja Haris has sent all the case files to the legal team of PTI Chairman Imran Khan.
The media reports claimed that Advocate Khawaja Haris will not be a lawyer even in the petition pending in the Supreme Court of Pakistan related to the Toshakhana case. He advised the legal team of the PTI Chairman not to raise any objection on the Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Amir Farooq.
However, some members of the legal team of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman PTI Imran Khan were advised to object to the bench headed by Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Amir Farooq. Some lawyers told Lawyer Khawaja Haris that he should not raise any objection on the bench but allow us.
