Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz said that there are useful opportunities for Japanese companies to invest in Punjab.
According to the media reports, the Ambassador of Japan to Pakistan, Wada Mitsuhiro met Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz in Lahore today (Sunday, May 19). The leaders of both countries discussed ways to strengthen bilateral trade and investment during the meeting.

Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz said that there are useful opportunities for the companies of Japan to invest in Punjab. She said that Punjab’s skilled manpower can perform unmatched in Japanese institutions.
In his remarks, Japanese Ambassador Wada Mitsuhiro said that he is committed to cooperating with the Punjab government for the development of technology.
Both sides have also reviewed the exchange of cultural and academic delegations between Punjab and Japan and agreed in principle to promote faculty programs for students.
