Muhammad Sami Saeed – the Caretaker Federal Minister for Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives – has urged the civil servants to quickly adapt evolving landscape to address the challenges effectively.

According to the media reports, Caretaker Minister for Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives Muhammad Sami Saeed made these remarks while addressing the Certificate Award Ceremony of the 38th Mid-Career Management Course at the National Institute of Management in Islamabad today (Friday, November 24).

Speaking on the occasion, the Caretaker Planning Minister said that the growing gender balance within civil services was a positive development. He underscored the importance of integrity, transparency, and commitment to the state as foundational values for civil servants.
