Murtaza Solangi – the Caretaker Federal Minister for Information, Broadcasting, and Parliamentary Affairs – visited the Press Gallery at the Parliament House in Islamabad today (Friday, February 23).
According to the media reports, Caretaker Minister for Information, Broadcasting, and Parliamentary Affairs Murtaza Solangi met with the journalists covering Parliament during his visit to the Press Gallery.

Speaking on the occasion, the Caretaker Information Minister said that the interim government fulfilled its responsibilities according to the law and constitution. He said that the journalist community is the main pillar of democracy and freedom of expression in the country. He said the caretaker government also took measures for the freedom of expression.
In their remarks, the journalists thanked Caretaker Information Minister Murtaza Solangi. They also appreciated the role of Murtaza Solangi as Caretaker Minister for Information and Broadcasting.
