NAB should file a case against PM Imran Khan and put him in jail: Abbasi

The leader of Muslim League-Nawaz and former Prime Minister, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has said that National Accountabillity Bureau summon PM Imran Khan, Ministers and 40% of Pakistan’s sugar producers. He called for NAB to file cases against them and put them in jail.

According to media reports, the PML-N leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has made these remarks while talking to media outside an accountability court in Islamabad on Thursday. He criticised the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf government.

Shahid Khaqan Abbasi further stated that Pakistan is the only country where people are getting vaccinated against the novel Covid19 pandemic with their own money. He said that Pakistanis were standing in lines to get sugar with their identity cards.

The former PM said that the PTI government has been unable to buy a single Covid19 vaccine. He said that a country like Pakistan with a population of 230 million people is vaccinating its people through charity.

Abbasi added that the Covid19 cases keep increasing in Pakistan, while the world is controlling it. He called for the NCOC to be shut down and said that the time for Pakistanis to be banned from travelling abroad was not far.
