The President Dr Arif Alvi has said that preserving the historical art culture of Pakistan can lead to the promotion of tourism.
According to media reports, the President has expressed these views while addressing a ceremony at Lok Virsa in Islamabad on Sunday. He has called for promoting arts and crafts through adequate preservation of the rich diversity of Pakistani culture.
Dr Arif Alvi has urged the private sector to invest in drama and Film industry of Pakistan that has the potential to exhibit Pakistan’s rich culture in a good manner.
The President also urged the new generation to work for the revival of Muslim heritage which earned worldwide fame for Muslim artists.
