Pakistan has become self-sufficient in manufacturing of coronavirus pandemic related material with the efforts of its scientists, engineers and technicians.
This has been stated by the Federal Minister for Science and Technology, Chaudhry Fawad Hussain in a tweet on Sunday.
The Science and Technology Minister further stated that the country lacked the medical equipment to fight the pandemic when the first phase of the novel coronavirus pandemic appeared in the month of February, but now the situation is different.
Meanwhile, in his address at the launching ceremony of a new model of ventilator, Fawad Hussain said Pakistan is now exporting Covid19 related products worth 100 million dollars.
