The official Twitter account of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been hacked on Thursday.
According to media reports, the hackers have appealed for the Covid19 donation through bitcoin. The hackers said in Tweet on Prime Minister Modi official account that people can deposit donations through crypto currency.
The hackers also posted some other tweets. However, the tweets have been deleted later.
The social networking website Twitter said in s statement that the official account of the Indian Prime Minister has been hacked earlier, however it has been restored now.
The spokesperson of Twitter has said that the investigation has been started by the organization and the tweets have been removed. The Prime Minister office has not issued any statement about Modi’s hacked account.
