Public rally of PDM in Karachi was totally devoid of any power: Fawad

The Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Chaudhry Fawad Hussain has termed the public rally of opposition alliance Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) in Karachi as totally devoid of any power.

According to media reports, the Information Minister has severely criticized the leadership of PDM in his comments on the rally for holding such public gathering in the backdrop of Corona epidemic and violating the precautionary measures.

Fawad Chaudhry has said that under such circumstances, the opposition should have asked their workers to confine themselves to their homes, but they were bent on using their workers as fuel for personal political interests.

The Information Minister further stated that the people who have lost their loved ones due to the novel coronavirus pandemic would never forgive the PDM leaders.
