Regional integration, connectivity key drivers of economic development and CPEC: President

President Dr. Arif Alvi has said regional integration and connectivity are key drivers of economic development and China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), in this regard, we offer tremendous opportunities to countries of the region.

According to media reports, the President has expressed these views while talking to Ambassador-designate of Pakistan to Kazakhstan Sajjad Ahmed Seehar, who called on him in Islamabad on Tuesday.

Dr Arif Alvi emphasized on expanding bilateral cooperation with Kazakhstan in areas of mutual interest, including political, cultural, trade and defence fields.

The President has urged the Kazakhstan envoy to make endeavors to promote parliamentary and cultural exchanges between the two countries.
