The President of Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has taken oath as 23rd Prime Minister of Pakistan.
According to media reports, the acting President and Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani administered the oath at a ceremony at Presidency on Monday night.

The Chairman of Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, the Chairman of Pakistan Democratic Movement Maulana Fazlur Rehman and former Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani were also present in the ceremony.
It is to be noted here that PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif was elected Prime Minister of Pakistan with 174 votes, while the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Shah Mahmood Qureshi did not get a single vote.
