The Federal Minister for Interior, Sheikh Rashid Ahmad has lauded the role of Frontier Constabulary (FC) to curb the menace of terrorism and maintain law and order in the country.
According to media reports, the Interior Minister has lauded the FC while addressing the personnel of Frontier Constabulary in Peshawar on Thursday.
Sheikh Rashid Ahmad has said that the nation will always remember the sacrifices rendered by the security personnel for peace in the country.
The Interior Minister has said that an increase in martyrs’ package for FC will be announced soon.
Sheikh Rashid also assured the FC personnel of resolving their issues on priority basis.
Earlier, Commandant FC Muazzam Jah Ansari briefed Sheikh Rashid about the professional preparedness of the force.
