Netflix has released the trailer of upcoming film ‘The White Tiger’ starring Priyanka Choprha and Rajkumar Rao. The film is a social satire that explores themes like poverty, corruption, survival and class struggle in India.
The remaining cast of the film includes Adarsh Gourav, Perrie Kapernaros, Nalneesh Neel, Vedant Sinha, Aaron Wan, Abhishek Khandekar, Ram Naresh Diwakar, Harshit Mahawar, Mahesh Pillai, Solanki Diwakar.
The film is directed by Ramin Bahrani and will be released on 22nd January, 2021 in selected theaters and on Netflix.
The film is based on Aravind Adiga`s New York Times-bestselling and 2008 Man Booker Prize-winning novel of the same name. The journey of a poor Indian driver who must use his wit and cunning to break free from servitude to his rich masters and rise to the top of the heap.
