The Bail of the Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and former Prime Minister Imran Khan was dismissed in the £190 million scam and Toshakhana inquiry case, in addition, Bushra Bibi’s interim bail application in the £190 million case was also disposed of.
According to the media reports, the Accountability Court of Islamabad gave a safe decision regarding the bail of Imran Khan today (Thursday, August 10). Chairman PTI Imran Khan will now also face the £190 million and Toshakhana inquiry.
During the hearing, the NAB prosecutor said that the National Accountability Bureau does not need the arrest of Bushra Bibi, after which Judge Muhammad Bashir disposed of her pre-arrest bail application based on NAB’s statement.

The pre-arrest bail application of Bushra Bibi in the 190-million-pound case was heard by Judge Muhammad Basheer of Accountability Court Islamabad. He said that the warrant for Bushra Bibi has not been issued, where are the investigating officers, standing here, is this case an inquiry or is it at the stage of the investigation?
On this occasion, the PTI Chairman’s Lawyer Khawaja Haris said that this case has now turned into an investigation, and we are submitting copies of the decisions of various courts. Lawyer Intizar Panjotha said to give any guarantee regarding the future.
The Judge said that if the NAB arrests him, then it will be good from here, Zardari used to say send me to jail, I don’t want to be here. Lawyer Khawaja Haris said that we request you to give us a chance, we are not doing this intentionally.
