The national cricketer, Wahab Riaz assumed the charge of Adviser to Caretaker Chief Minister of Punjab on Sports and Youth Affairs at the National Hockey Stadium on Wednesday.
According to the details, Secretary Sports Punjab Shahid Zaman and DG Sports Punjab Muhammad Tariq Qureshi met Wahab Riaz and briefed him about sports matters.

On the occasion, the Cricketer said that all possible measures will be taken for the development of sports. He said that youth should participate in sports activities as much as possible, sports brings discipline in life.
Adviser on Sports and Youth Affairs Wahab Riaz further stated that all resources will be utilized for the development of sports, all will be taken together for the promotion of sports.
