The world has observed the International Day of Education on Sunday (24 January).
According to details the International Day of Education is being observed every year in the world to create awareness about the role of education for peace and development.
The theme of this year’s International Day of Education day was “Recover and Revitalize Education for the Covid19 Generation”.
In his message, the Secretary-General of the United Nations (UN), António Guterres has stressed the need to do far more to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.
